50% stainless and Teflon (PTFE) filled seats for higher pressure and temperature applications. Suits 2 way 2 piece 316 Flanged Stainless Steel Ball Valves. Great for V port ball valves where the seat is exposed to the media for longer periods. The below is pressure rating for the seats only, not the valve body (eg. if fitting to ANSI 150 pound ball valve, the rating of the ball valve applies not the seat). Please note that the 50/50 seat increases the torque of the ball valve as the table below shows. These are no load torques (valve without pressure), we recommend at least a 30% safety margin on top of these values when sizing actuators to suit.

Ltd. are warranted by Process Systems to be free of defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase or as the manufacturer warrants. Process Systems obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the defec1ive product or refund of the purchase price paid solely at the discretion of Process Systems and provided such defective product is returned to Process Systems freight prepaid and upon examination by Process Systems such product is found defective. This warranty shall be void in the event that the product has been subject to misuse, misapplication, improper maintenance, modification or tampering. This warranty is expressed in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied from Process Systems Pty. Ltd. representatives or employees.
